Q: Whom do I call to make a reservation?

A: Online reservations are preferred. Please use the Online Reservation Request form. You can also call the Little Basin Reservation Line at 650-322-9256. Q: May I bring pet(s) to Little Basin?

A: There are no pets allowed at Little Basin at any time. Campers will be asked to leave if they bring pets.

Q: How many sites can I reserve?

A: HP, POST and Sempervirens Fund employees, Board members and their guests may reserve only one site during the peak-camping season, which runs from May 16 - October 1. At other times of the year, up to two sites may be reserved. The reservation can be for two tent sites or a cabin and tent site. Two cabins cannot be reserved at any time. Q: How many guests can I bring with me to Little Basin?

A: An employee or affiliate may bring with them up to 7 guests maximum. The actual number will depend on what the campsite can accommodate. Cabin sites can accommodate 5 to 8 people depending on the cabin, while tent sites can accommodate 4 to 8 people depending on the particular tent site. Q: How are tent sites equipped?

A: All tent sites a wood-burning fire ring, a picnic table, and a charcoal-burning grill. Potable water is located throughout the campground close to all sites. To view a tent site, click here.

Q: How are cabin sites equipped?

A: All cabins have wooded platforms for bedding, a table and bench. Cabin doors are locking. Cabin sites also have a wood-burning fire ring, a picnic table and a charcoal-burning grill. Potable water is located throughout the campground close to all sites. To view a cabin, click here.

Q: Is it OK to drink the water at Little Basin?

A: All water from campground faucets and drinking fountains has been treated by the on-site water treatment facility. For your safety, please DO NOT drink water from the creek, reservoir, sprinkler heads or faucets marked "Non Potable Water".
